Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the strategic execution of client communications, email campaigns, social media publishing, and event planning. This role is part-time and in-office, with occasional front desk and administrative responsibilities.
This is a new position and will evolve over time. You will collaborate with team members across departments and will help build out processes that create a consistent, high-quality experience for our clients and community.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Publishing
- Coordinate internal review and publication of blog articles and updates on SIG’s website using our internal CRM
- Maintain the publishing calendar and ensure timely content rollout
Email Marketing & Surveys
- Manage scheduling of email campaigns, autoresponder sequences, and client surveys within the SIG CRM
- Track metrics and engagement to improve content effectiveness
Social Media & Brand Awareness
- Draft, schedule, and publish social media posts aligned with SIG’s mission and brand
- Maintain a regular posting cadence and adapt to platform best practices
Event Coordination & Communication
- Support the planning and communication around client events (in-person and virtual)
- Ensure timely email updates, RSVPs, and follow-up
Office & Administrative Support
- Greet clients and visitors in office
- Answer phones, assist with supply orders, and help maintain a welcoming office environment
Tools You’ll Use
- SIG CRM (email, surveys, forms, and campaign management)
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Meta Business Suite)
- Canva or similar tools for graphics and visual content
- Internal communication via Microsoft Teams, Slack and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and positive, client-focused presence
- A heart for service and alignment with SIG’s mission and values
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage:Â $22 – $28/hour
- Work Location:Â In-office (Chandler or Peoria)
- Schedule: Flexible part-time, 20–30 hours/week
